Clear Fitness Review

Editorial policy

Clear Fitness Review aims to make recreational fitness easier to understand. We explain our reasoning plainly, distinguish general information from individual advice and correct errors when they are brought to our attention.

Accuracy and scope

We take care with definitions, descriptions and claims, and avoid presenting a personal preference as a universal rule. Fitness needs and circumstances differ, so our general articles are not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation plans or individual training prescriptions. Where an issue calls for qualified personal guidance, we say so rather than pretending a general article can settle it.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial relationship. Any paid, supplied or partner-supported material is clearly labelled where it appears. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage, and editorial writing remains separate from partner placements.

Corrections and illustrations

If you spot a factual error or wording that could mislead, contact us with the article title and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update material when warranted. Some illustrations on the site may be generated with AI; illustrations are not evidence for an article's claims.
